Self-explanatory. While holding an item, and using '!giveitem' will give the held item to the specified player. This can be used to donate arrows or Rokakaka fruits to those who need it, or pass a Requiem Arrow or DIO's Diary to those with a stand that can make use of it.

Using this command on a player will specifically tell you what type of stand/spec he/she may have. This is to make sure you don't get scammed or to know what type of stand they have.
Economy-related:
!pay [Target] [Amount]
Self-explanatory. Using this command, you send the recipient a designated amount of money. This command has a 10% fee.
Server-related:
!rejoin
You'll rejoin the server that you are already in, does not work in private servers. This command is mainly used for when exploiters give you power, if you can't reset to remove it then rejoin. This is to prevent being framed as an exploiter for simply being godded, turned invisible, etc.
!kick [Insert Target Name]
Self-explanatory. This will only work if you are the owner of a private server. Mainly used to kick out someone annoying, uninvited, etc. Note that if someone uses this command in a public server and it actually kicks the person, they are most likely an admin.
